patternfly‑a11y is a command‑line tool that runs the axe accessibility engine against a set of URLs (optionally crawling them) using Selenium/Puppeteer, then generates JSON, JUnit XML and HTML reports plus screenshot assets. It’s aimed at developers and QA engineers of PatternFly projects (patternfly‑react, patternfly‑next, patternfly‑org) who need automated accessibility integration tests for their web applications.
