Carbon is a tiny, zero‑dependency library for building native Web Components with an explicit, composable API rather than hidden hooks. It provides utilities for shadow DOM, templating, virtual‑DOM diffing, observable properties and event handling, letting developers create lightweight, fully encapsulated components in JavaScript (or CoffeeScript).
