resettable-file is a TypeScript library that helps boilerplate‑style projects create, copy, modify and delete files, directories and data files (JSON/YAML) while automatically tracking those changes in a registry file. By recording what it creates or alters, the library can later roll back those modifications (except for deleted items), making it useful for scaffolding tools and configuration generators that need a reversible “reset” capability.
