This project is a utility for creating JavaScript Symbols with optional namespaced descriptions, designed primarily for library and module authors. Its key feature is a persistent store mechanism that ensures Symbols remain identical across different versions of a package, preventing conflicts when multiple versions are imported. It solves the problem of symbol consistency in large applications
