OpenZeppelin Contract Loader is a small Node.js utility that reads compiled contract artifacts (ABIs) from the file system and creates ready‑to‑use contract objects for either **web3‑eth‑contract** or **@truffle/contract** APIs. It’s aimed at developers building scripts, tests, or back‑end tooling who need to quickly load, deploy, and interact with Ethereum contracts from JavaScript (not for in‑browser DApps).
