This prototype tool provides an interactive web interface for contributors to create and submit service declarations to Open Terms Archive collections. It is designed for trained contributors to define which online services and terms should be tracked, automatically generating GitHub or GitLab issues or allowing local file saves. The project is explicitly marked as an untested proof-of-concept not suitable for production use.
