react‑event‑listener is a tiny React component that lets you declaratively attach and detach DOM events (e.g., `resize`, `scroll`, `mousemove`) on global objects such as `window` or `document`. It’s aimed at React developers who need a clean, lifecycle‑aware way to bind global event listeners without manually adding/removing them in componentDidMount/WillUnmount.
