Integration Tests for Gen3

This project provides integration tests for Gen3 data commons, designed to run automatically via Jenkins pipelines in each GitHub repository. It uses CodeceptJS as the primary testing framework with Chai for assertions, and includes both API and web portal test suites. The tests can run against development environments or arbitrary commons with proper access tokens, and support both local development and automated CI/CD workflows.
