This project provides base functions needed by a css-select adapter, allowing developers to create a minimal implementation without having to implement the entire adapter from scratch. It's designed for developers working with css-select who want to simplify the process of creating custom adapters by providing default implementations for most required functions. The library fills in missing adapter functions, requiring only six core methods to be implemented by the user.
