last‑commit‑log is a small Node.js library that reads the current Git repository and returns structured information about the most recent commit (tag, branch, remote URL, hash, author/committer details, etc.) and can also report added/changed line ranges via a diff. It’s intended for developers and CI/CD pipelines that need commit metadata during build or deployment steps.
