Netlify Primitives is a monorepo containing TypeScript utilities and libraries that implement core Netlify platform features, including AI tools, blob storage, caching, functions, headers, redirects, and runtime emulation. It's designed for developers building on Netlify who need local development tools to emulate the Netlify environment, as well as for those integrating with Netlify's services like AI features, image CDN, and OpenTelemetry.
