Hardhat Warp is a Hardhat plugin that enables Solidity contract testing on StarkNet by replacing the default Solidity compiler and Ethereum network with Warp and StarkNet. It's designed for developers building decentralized applications on StarkNet who want to use Hardhat's familiar testing environment. The plugin requires Python with starknet-devnet and provides a bridge between Ethereum development tools and StarkNet's Cairo-based execution layer.
