dev‑lib is a small collection of shared configuration files and helper scripts used across the JavaScript modules of the NaturalCycles projects. It was originally a standalone repo but has been archived and migrated into the central monorepo (`js‑libs/packages/dev‑lib`). The library is intended for internal developers who need consistent build, linting, and tooling settings across the organization’s JS codebases.
