Undici is a high‑performance HTTP/1.1 client library written from scratch for Node.js, providing a low‑level `request` API as well as web‑compatible `fetch`, stream, pipeline, and CONNECT/upgrade helpers. It’s aimed at Node developers who need fast, configurable HTTP networking—especially for high‑throughput or low‑latency services—while offering a fetch‑compatible interface for modern code.
