`babel-dual-package` is a Node‑CLI that takes a source ES‑module codebase and, using the project’s Babel configuration, generates both an ES‑module build and a corresponding CommonJS build (optionally in a sub‑directory) for publishing dual‑format packages. It’s aimed at library authors who want to ship npm packages that support both ESM and CJS consumers, especially those using modern tooling like TypeScript or JSX.
