postcss-cssnext was a PostCSS plugin that allowed developers to use future CSS syntax today by transforming cutting-edge CSS specifications into more widely compatible CSS. It was designed for web developers who wanted to write modern CSS without waiting for full browser support. However, the project has been deprecated in favor of postcss-preset-env.
