MockServer is a development‑testing tool that lets you quickly create HTTP/HTTPS mocks and a powerful proxy (including SSL, CONNECT tunneling and SOCKS) for any external service. It ships as a Netty server, Docker image, Maven/Gradle dependencies and language‑specific clients (Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby), targeting developers who need to stub or inspect API calls in unit, integration or end‑to‑end tests.
