qrextract is a Node‑JS library that scans raster images (e.g., JPEGs) to locate and extract individual QR‑code symbols, outputting either the cropped QR‑code images or their bounding boxes. It’s aimed at developers who need a preprocessing step—such as feeding tiny QR codes from scanned documents into tools like zbarimg—by providing fast, configurable detection of QR‑code marks and versions.
