Patch‑settings is a tiny library for apps in the “patch‑*” ecosystem that provides a simple, opinionated way to store, retrieve and react to user settings via `localStorage`. It exposes synchronous get/set helpers as well as observable getters (built on Mutant) so UI components can both read and automatically update settings, and is intended for developers using the Depject/Depnest dependency‑injection framework to build modular patch‑apps.
