This project is a modernized SAP SFLIGHT data model implemented as a SAP BTP CAP CDS application with an integrated AI-powered MCP server. It contains 26 entities and 4 views covering airlines, flights, bookings, and related travel data, with 24 CSV seed data files providing ~5,000 flights and 10,000+ bookings ready for immediate use. The application serves OData V4 APIs and includes a 19-tool MCP server that enables plain-English data exploration through Claude Code, allowing users to ask questions like "Which airlines fly to London?" without writing SQL. It's designed for developers, business analysts, and data explorers who want to work with the classic SAP SFLIGHT dataset in a modern, AI-enhanced environment, with support for local development and SAP BTP Cloud Foundry deployment.
