Packemon is a deprecated CLI tool that automates the preparation of JavaScript/TypeScript libraries for npm distribution, handling scaffolding, bundling (via Rollup), type‑declaration generation, and configuration for multiple targets and module formats. It’s intended for library maintainers who want a “batteries‑included” solution to simplify building and publishing packages without manually managing Babel, Rollup, or TypeScript pipelines.
