Acorn‑Hammerhead is a lightweight fork of the Acorn JavaScript parser that bundles only the syntax features required by TestCafe’s Hammerhead proxy engine. It adds improved Unicode handling and tighter integration with the Esotope library, and can be used as a drop‑in replacement for standard Acorn in projects that need the limited, performance‑focused parsing capabilities needed by TestCafe Hammerhead. This package is aimed at developers maintaining or extending the TestCafe testing framework or any tool that relies on Hammerhead’s request/response rewriting.
