DiscoverIQ is an AI-powered sales discovery and insights tool that extracts structured signals from Gong call transcripts, pipeline data, support tickets, and community feedback to generate actionable insights and roadmap suggestions for product teams. Built as a React SPA with an Express API backend, it processes and clusters insights from multiple data sources, creating heatmaps and cross-referenced signals to help identify pain points, feature requests, and competitive intelligence. The tool is designed for product managers and sales teams at Mews who need to systematically analyze customer conversations and feedback to inform product strategy.
