Storacle is a JavaScript library that implements a decentralized, peer‑to‑peer file‑storage network built on the Spreadable protocol. It provides a Node server and a Client API (usable from Node or the browser) to store, retrieve, link to, and delete files by hash, with configurable replication, caching and storage limits—ideal for developers who need a self‑hosted, server‑less solution for sharing files (e.g., private collections, project assets, or web‑app data) without relying on centralized services.
