This project extends the "rc" module to support YAML parsing in addition to JSON and INI formats for configuration files. It's designed for developers who use the "rc" module for configuration management and want to incorporate YAML files into their setup. The module prioritizes YAML parsing when a file isn't JSON, falling back to INI only if the YAML parser returns a string value.
