Observable-local is a tool for authoring and running ObservableHQ notebooks locally on your own machine. It allows you to edit notebooks in a single .js file using your text editor of choice, and only re-runs the modified cells and their dependent cells when changes are made. This project is designed for developers who want to work with Observable notebooks locally, without the need for an internet connection or the ObservableHQ web interface.
