opnr is a CLI tool that listens for NDJSON-formatted messages on stdin and automatically launches the browser when it receives a message with a specific `type` and `url`. It's designed for developers working with tools that emit NDJSON logs, like budo or custom servers, to automatically open the browser once the server is ready.
