A lightweight Babel preset that enables every ES2015 transform **except** the `es2015-modules-commonjs` plugin, because that transformation is already handled by Webpack 2’s native module support. It’s meant for front‑end developers using Babel together with Webpack 2 who want modern ES2015 syntax transpiled without redundant CommonJS conversion.
