This is a proof-of-concept feedback application built with a serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and AngularJS 1.5. The single-page client app renders surveys defined in JSON format using angular-formly, while survey responses are posted to a Lambda function that stores them in DynamoDB. It was designed for developers or teams wanting to quickly prototype a feedback collection system with minimal infrastructure overhead, though it has since been superseded by a maintained version.
