`@ljharb/resumer` provides a lightweight “through” stream that begins in a paused state and automatically resumes on the next tick (unless explicitly paused), exposing the same API as Node’s `through` module. It’s aimed at JavaScript/Node developers who need a simple, reliable stream wrapper for queuing data and controlling back‑pressure without pulling in heavier dependencies.
