libxmljs‑dom provides a lightweight JavaScript wrapper that adds a W3C‑style DOM API on top of the native libxmljs XML parser. It lets Node.js developers work with XML documents using familiar DOM methods, CSS selectors and XPath queries while relying on libxmljs’s fast C‑based parsing. Ideal for server‑side JavaScript projects that need standards‑compliant XML manipulation without pulling in a full browser‑level DOM implementation.
