This is a WebRTC transport for libp2p that includes a discovery mechanism via a signalling server. It was designed for developers building decentralized applications who need WebRTC-based peer-to-peer connectivity within the libp2p framework. Note that this project is now archived and unmaintained, with alternatives being developed in the main js-libp2p repository.
