`level-fstream` is an abandoned utility that provides a WriteStream implementation for LevelUp (a LevelDB interface) using the `fstream` library. It was designed for Node.js developers needing to stream file directories or archives directly into a LevelDB database, but is no longer maintained and should only be considered for legacy systems.
