sync-index is a small utility that automatically generates and keeps `index.js`/`index.ts` barrel files in sync with the other files in specified directories. It can be run from the command line (with optional watch mode) or invoked programmatically, making it useful for JavaScript/TypeScript developers who want to maintain up‑to‑date export barrels without manual edits.
