Koop‑LocalFS is a plugin for the Koop framework that provides a simple, root‑based interface to the local file system. By configuring a single `rootDir`, Koop modules can perform common file operations (stat, read/write streams, writeFile, readFile, delete, make/remove directories, etc.) without needing machine‑specific absolute paths. It’s aimed at developers building Koop services who need reliable, sandboxed access to disk storage.
