The repository provides a Koop output plugin that wraps the **FeatureServer** library to expose Koop data sources as ArcGIS‑compatible Geoservices (FeatureServer/MapServer) endpoints. It’s intended for developers building Koop‑based APIs who want to serve their datasets through standard ArcGIS REST services, and has been superseded by the `@koopjs/output‑geoservices` package in the Koop monorepo.
