This is a [Cozy] konnector that retrieves bills and documents from PRIXTEL, a French mobile phone service provider. It's designed for Cozy users who want to automatically fetch and store their PRIXTEL account documents in their personal Cozy cloud. The project is maintained by Sébastien Flourette and uses the cozy-konnector-libs to interact with the Cozy server.
