npm‑list‑author‑packages is a Node.js utility that queries the npm registry (or any compatible registry) and returns a list of all public, non‑scoped packages published by a given username. It provides both a programmatic API (`ls`/`ls.factory`) and a CLI (`listpkgs`) for developers who need to quickly enumerate an author’s npm packages.
