This project is the open-source code for Packagist, the main Composer package repository website. It's primarily intended for developers who want to contribute to Packagist itself, not for those looking to host their own private package repository (for which Private Packagist is recommended). The codebase includes both PHP backend and frontend components, requiring MySQL, Redis, and various development tools to run locally.
