The **serializator** package provides a custom JSON serializer and parser that preserves richer JavaScript data types—such as `Date`, `Buffer`, and `undefined` (converted to `null`)—when converting objects to and from JSON. It is an internal utility used by the **jsreport** reporting platform, and while it can be used by others, its API may change without notice.
