MDI**DX** is a web developer-focused fork of Google's Material Design icons repository, offering the same icons with improved development experience (DX). It removes unnecessary SVG and PNG files from the original repository to reduce build congestion, adds SCSS support for customization, and ensures all icons are included and up-to-date. The project is available via npm and provides a demo page for easy implementation.
