Homelab is a personal monorepo that makes deploying new services as frictionless as possible through a comprehensive toolkit including a state machine code generator (sextant), custom Kubernetes operators, and Bazel build rules. It's designed for a single developer who wants to rapidly prototype and deploy diverse projects—from AI agent platforms and marine tracking to D&D tools and knowledge graphs—while maintaining strong security, observability, and GitOps practices.
