This is a command-line tool for calculating FHIR-based electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) and generating population statistics. It processes patient FHIR bundles to determine which quality measure populations (e.g., numerator, denominator, IPOP) each patient belongs to, and outputs both CSV results and organized patient bundles.
