This is a proposal for a new JavaScript standard library called `Temporal` that provides modern, immutable objects and functions for working with dates and times, addressing long-standing issues with the existing `Date` object. It's designed for JavaScript developers who need a more robust and intuitive API for date/time manipulation, and has reached Stage 3 of the TC39 process with implementations already shipping in major browsers and JavaScript engines.
