This is an Eleventy plugin that generates a table of contents (TOC) from page content by extracting heading tags (h2, h3, h4 by default) and creating a navigable list. It's designed for Eleventy developers who need to automatically create TOCs in their static sites, particularly those using Markdown with properly ID'd headings.
