lambda‑request‑handler is an npm library that lets you run standard Node.js web frameworks (Express, Koa, Fastify, Hapi, NestJS, etc.) as a single AWS Lambda function behind API Gateway, HTTP API, or an Application Load Balancer. It executes the app in‑process without spawning an HTTP server, supports async initialization, and works with the Node.js 10.x and 12.x runtimes, making it a lightweight alternative to aws‑serverless‑express for developers deploying existing web apps to serverless AWS environments.
