mono‑semantic is a CLI tool that adds full Semantic‑Release capabilities to each package inside a monorepo. It reads the published versions from npm, resolves local `link:` dependencies, interprets angular‑style commit messages to bump major/minor/patch versions, creates git tags and generates independent changelogs, letting teams version and publish packages independently. It’s aimed at JavaScript/TypeScript monorepo maintainers who use tools like Lerna and want automated, per‑package releases.
