This project is a deprecated Jupyter widget library for creating interactive clustergrams, which are visualizations used to explore and analyze high-dimensional data. It was designed for data scientists and researchers working with complex datasets, particularly those in bioinformatics or related fields, who needed an interactive tool to visualize and explore their data within Jupyter notebooks. The project has been replaced by a newer version available at https://github.com/ismms-himc/clustergrammer2.
