Fixed Event is a JavaScript/Node.js library that enhances the standard EventEmitter to handle initialization events where late listeners should still receive the result immediately. It allows you to "fix" an event so that any listeners added after it fires execute synchronously with the original emitted data. This is particularly useful for managing startup sequences or one-time asynchronous operations
