This tiny utility exports a single function that, given any value, returns the `byteOffset` of a Typed Array (e.g., `Int8Array`, `Float64Array`) or `false` if the value isn’t a Typed Array. It works reliably across realms and even when the `byteOffset` property has been overridden, making it useful for developers needing a safe way to detect and read a typed array’s offset in Node.js or browser JavaScript environments.
